Why is there always happening blocking phenomenon for cement screw conveyor?

Cement screw conveyor always happens blocking phenomenon when conveying cement, which causes abnormal operation and the delaying for a project.

The blocking of screw conveyor is mainly caused by the following four aspects:

1. The power is too small, which cannot do high strength work normally.

2. The pitch between blade and blade is too small, so that when design, it is better to use gradual pitch to make it convenient of material feeding and discharging through widening the pitch between inlet and outlet.

3. The angle of elevation is too high. Generally speaking, 30 degree angle is the best.

4. The machine must be protected from water when in use. If water into inside of the machine, the cement will agglomeration. So must clean the machine regular to prevent blockages.
