(1) Body of tubular screw feeder is made of tubular, so that the conveying distance and the capacity of the screw conveyor is restricted. It apply to conveying little capacity and short distance materials.
(2) LS series of trough screw conveyor can be designed based on the conveying distance of the users, besides it has larger capacity and longer conveying distance compared with tubular screw feeder. But one disadvantage of LS seriesis that the screw conveyor conveying angle is generally not too large, mostly horizontal, or less than 15 °inclination angle, not suitable for large-angle material transport.
(3) Screw feeder can achieve material handling less than 90 degrees.
(4) The vertical screw conveyor is used for vertical transport of material, but the inlet is different from screw feeder. Vertical screw conveyors are used for vertical transport of materials, but vertical screw conveyors are usually fixed compared with the tubular screw feeders.
